Honestly DoW feels more like another campaign pack. TEB/DoW.require lot assets from Wh3 backporting to Wh2. Araby.would work on both Vortex/ME but may have problems in Wh3 plus the biggest issue, we have no info yet that Araby is coming anytime. Nagash, Hobgoblins, Norse Dwarfs those three could work. Ogres and Dwarfs are solid DLC races for Wh3. FAQ states pre-order will be Wh3 race pack.
